Decorating A Navy Bed For Christmas
The Christmas season is all about getting cozy, festive and spicing up your home with some holiday spirit that puts you, your family and your guests in a holly, jolly mood. Why limit yourself to just the main living spaces for Christmas, why not decorate all your spaces, not just where your guests will spend their time. Try decorating the bedroom as well, to put you in a festive mood!
You will feel the holiday spirit from the moment you wake up till the time you lay your head down on your pillow for a good nights sleep (hopefully with thoughts of sugarplums dancing in your head!) There are so many different ways that you can infuse the holiday spirit into your bedrooms to make them comfortable, warm and oh so cozy. You can go with a more traditional color scheme of red and green for your holiday decor, but you can also select hues of blue with white or silver if you are wanting to go with a more sophisticated style.
Try hanging wreaths or stockings above your bed or stocking from your bedpost. Use ornaments, garlands, fur throws, and even string lights to set the mood. You can also bring a Christmas tree into the bedroom, why not? You can never have enough trees, this one would just be not as dominate as the one you place in your living room. Plus you get the bonus of decorating your tree in a different style, such as all white! Have a look below to get some super inspiring ideas and get your bedroom decorating started!

Create a winter wonderland in your bedroom by adding over-sized paper snowflakes to your wall. Another fabulous idea is to suspend them from the ceiling.
Hang holiday ornaments from your headboard with a colorful ribbon, a great DIY project! They can also be affixed to a wall or a door. For a more colorful effect, hang them in multiples. They can also be hung in varying lengths, if you are on the door or wall, loop them around a hook or use tape.
Add some holiday decorations to your Christmas bedroom scheme with wooden snowflakes. These can be suspended with ribbon and tacked down with thumbtacks, which can be placed behind or above a headboard. To add more festive cheer, use varying colors of ribbons and lengths.
